Use the same email as your Beam business account. No account yet? Sign up in the app with that email and the plan attaches on its own.
On every plan: AI writes the beam, your referral QR code and store page, purchased credits never expire, and Guides.
How a Town Beam is priced
A Town Beam goes to everyone inside the radius you pick, your own customers included, so it is one beam or the other, never both. 7 cents a person. Any plan. Never counts against your weekly beams. Your first one is free: make it a special offer, because it is the beam that turns the people around you into your beamers.
You pay 7 cents per person in range
7 cents per person the beam reaches, your own customers included. A Town Beam already goes to your customers, so you never need to send them a separate beam.

Good to know
- Referral discount: Silver 25% off Town Beams, Gold 50% off. Earn tiers by bringing customers onto Beam with your referral QR code.
What counts as a customer
Your list fills itself. Someone joins when they:
- redeem one of your deals,
- install Beam from your referral link or QR code, or
- bring your business onto Beam with Bring your favorite store.
The app shows your count. Beams to your customers go newest first; radius does not apply.
Pricing questions
Is my first Town Beam really free?
Yes. Every business gets its first Town Beam at $0, whatever the plan. Use it for a special offer: it reaches everyone nearby, and the people who claim it become your beamers.
Do I need a plan to send a Town Beam?
No. Any business can send a Town Beam, Free included. You pay 7 cents per person it reaches, your customers included.
What happens when I use my weekly beams?
Move up a plan, or send a Town Beam; a Town Beam never counts against the week.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the app or from Stripe's billing portal.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Monthly, no contract, no setup fee.
What if the plan email does not match my Beam account?
Use the same email in the app. Still stuck? Write to support@beam.today.
Is anything charged during the launch period?
Plan fees, yes. Beams, no. Until November 1, 2026 every beam costs $0, Town Beams included.
