Read your deal's numbers on the Dashboard while it runs, see the full results in Details when it ends, and run it again in two taps.
What's in this video
- Open the Dashboard while your beam is live. Scroll to your beam under Active Beams.
- The green tag shows how much time your beam has left.
- Claims is the number of people who tapped Claim Deal on their phone.
- Redeemed is the number of people who used the deal at your counter.
- Est. Reach is about how many Beam users nearby could get your deal when it started. It is an estimate, not a count.
- When the beam ends, it moves down to Past Beams. Tap Details.
- Total Views counts every time someone opened your deal.
- The percent under Claims shows how many people who looked claimed it. The percent under Redeemed shows how many of those came in.
- To send the same deal again, go back and tap Run again. Everything is filled in: pick when it starts and send it.
