Scan a customer's deal
A customer shows you their deal at the counter. Scan their code from your live beam or the Scan tab, tap Complete Redemption, and both phones confirm it went through.
What's in this video
- On your Dashboard, tap Scan customer on your live beam. Or tap Scan at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Scan QR Code and point your camera at the code on the customer's phone. Or type their six-character code and tap Validate Code.
- Green Ready to Use means the deal is good.
- Grey Already Used means it was used before. Red Expired / Released means ask them to claim it again. Redemption not found means the code is wrong.
- Tap Complete Redemption. You see Success. Give them their deal.
- Within a few seconds, the customer's phone shows a green check and Already Used.
