Plan your week of deals on the calendar
Set up the week's deals in one sitting, like Taco Tuesday and Friday happy hour, and each one goes live by itself at the time you picked.
What's in this video
- On your Dashboard, tap the calendar button at the top, next to your credits.
- Each dot is a beam. Blue means scheduled, teal is live, grey has ended.
- Tap the day you want, then tap Schedule a beam this day.
- Fill in your deal and tap Continue.
- When to Start is already set to Later, on that day at 5:00 PM. Tap the date or time to change it.
- Tap Continue, check the box, and tap Proceed to Payment. You pay now, not on the day.
- Open the calendar again: the day shows a blue dot, and tapping it shows your beam as Scheduled. It goes live by itself at its start time, and nearby customers see it from then.
- Next time, tap Run again on a past beam (under Past Beams on your Dashboard) to copy it, then set When to Start to Later.
