Claim and use a deal
Claim a deal when you're near the shop, find your code any time under Redeems, and redeem it yourself at the counter by scanning the shop's Beam code or entering its PIN.
What's in this video
- When you're near the shop, open the deal and tap Claim Deal. (Far away? Beam saves it for later instead of giving you a code.)
- Your code opens. The timer under it shows how long you have to use it.
- Find it any time under Redeems at the bottom. Tap it to open your code.
- At the counter, tap Redeem at the counter and point your camera at the shop's Beam code.
- No code to scan? Tap Enter PIN and type the 4-digit PIN shown at the counter, or ask staff.
- Beam checks your location once to confirm you're at the shop.
- You'll see Redeemed with a live clock. Show staff this screen.
- You can also show your QR code to staff to scan. Your screen switches to Already Used within a few seconds when they do.
- If a deal says Redeem 5pm to 7pm, your code stays locked until then.
