Add your team

Let your manager or staff post deals from their own phone, with their own login, by sending them an invite link from Settings.

What's in this video

  1. On your phone, open the Settings tab, scroll down to Business, and tap Team.
  2. Tap Manager (or Staff). A manager can post deals and edit your business, but can't buy credits or change your team.
  3. Type their name if you like, then tap Send invite link.
  4. Text the link to them. It works once and expires in 7 days.
  5. On their phone, they open the link. The team invite code (it starts with TEAM-) is on that page.
  6. In Beam, they choose Continue as Business, then tap Join a team.
  7. They type the code and tap Join team.
  8. Back on your phone, open Team. They are listed under Your team.
