Delete your Beam account
The fastest way is in the app
Open Beam, go to your Profile tab, scroll to Account and tap Delete Account. If you use Beam as a business, open the Settings tab and tap Delete Account there. Type the confirmation word and the account is deleted right away.
What happens
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your account, your profile, your claimed deals and redemption history, your points, your push notification tokens and the last location the app stored for you. If you own a business on Beam, it also removes the business, its beams and their history, and any unused credit, and cancels any active plan.
A few records are kept in anonymized form, with nothing that identifies you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@beam.today from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
