Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities
ICT Executive will assist HOD-ICT in managing school-initiated projects and coordinate HQ project roll-outs for schools according to MOE policies, guidelines, and standards are adhered to.
ICT Executive will assist HOD-ICT on identifying ICT needs of the school and propose solutions including risks, technical specifications and market pricing of the solutions.
ICT Executive will assist HOD-ICT in purchasing ICT Equipment and services based on school’s requirements through calling tenders, quotations, and bulk tenders.
ICT Executive will assist HOD-ICT with managing school ICT resources such as condemnation, maintenance and loaning of ICT equipment.
ICT Executive will assist HOD-ICT in organizing ICT briefings such as Cyber wellness, ICT awareness and ICT usage briefings for school staff on ICT implementations.
ICT Executive will assist HOD-ICT to oversee and assign work to Technical Assistant as well as residential ICT trainer based on instruction given by HOD-ICT.
Job Requirements
ICT Executive must have at least 3 years of experience working in a school environment
Experience as an ICT Executive.
Experience in the procurement process
Experience in managing ICT resources (maintenance, condemnation and loaning of ICT equipment)
Preferably equipped with multi-media skills in different applications
Proficient in Photography, Audio & Video Editing, MS Office, Adobe Software and AVA equipment.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Able to work with a diverse group of people.
Must be registered with MOE
Salary Range
$1,700 - $2,600 Monthly
