An exciting opportunity has emerged in a fast growth startup to solve market entry in South East Asia. Assisting global companies to work with the right vendors such as company secretarial services, legal, audit and accounting firms in the region to set up their companies in a transparent and efficient way. Reporting directly to the management team, the candidate will have to build a team and crack the puzzle for whole of SEA over the next one year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales / Account Management
· Identifying a pipeline of quality vendors in Indonesia and Philippines. Followed by Singapore and the rest of South East Asia
· Setting up meeting, vetting and onboarding vendors services
· Managing relationships with the vendors to ensure they are maintaining consistency and quality of service and ensuring they are happy with the referrals pipeline
Query management and deals acquisition
· Provide initial analysis on corporate secretarial matters for entities looking to be established in South East Asia
· Manage and respond to queries from clients about market entry into different countries within South East Asia and introduce to the right vendors in the relevant markets
· Crafting service proposals for clients on suite of services
· Negotiating price and payment terms with vendors and clients
Coordination and project management
· Management of ongoing active deal queries and pipeline, ensuring timelines are upheld and deadlines are met
· Contacting local POC/team members to maintain visibility on timelines for completion of services to be provided to the customer
· Providing updates to the customer on status and timelines
Job Requirements:
· Masters / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration from leading university with a minimum of 3 years of experience with an accounting, audit or corporate secretarial services firm.
· Sharp analytical, research, problem solving, and communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to lead and negotiate transactions
· Proven track record in dealing with international clientele
· Meticulous and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
· Conversant with some/ all aspects of corporate secretarial practice including Companies Act, Listing Manual and Code of Corporate Governance
· Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently
· Fluent in English
