Requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
4+ years' experience as a SW developer in client / server environment, mainly in:
.NET Framework and C#
SQL Server 2008
JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX
Responsibilities:

Make improvements and optimizations to the system's core
Implement a new architecture of the existing product
Work according to SW development standards and methodologies
