· To maximize sales through excellent customer service.
· Establish sales and marketing strategy in search of business opportunity through developing and expanding the local office system market.
· Conduct sales oriented presentation and discussions with customers to propose best possible solutions with assistance of professional technical team and to prepare correspondence for closure of sales.
· Manage and coordinate with production and logistic departments to ensure timely goods delivery as to meet customers’ schedule.
· To execute in Company’s strategic business initiatives.
· To resolve customers’ complaints regarding sales and services.
· Preferable applicants should possess a degree in any field of studies or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years working experiences in sales preferable in furniture industry or related furnishing products.
· Good self- presentation, pleasant outlook, smart, clean and tidy.
· Possess good salesmanship and have a good passion for customer service.
· Self-starter and possess good negotiation and presentation skills.
· Good leadership skills and able to communicate well.
· Pro-active and able to come up with best possible solutions with assistance from professional technical team for customers.
· Computer literate and able to work independently as well as in a team.
